Job description

Your area of responsibility will extend to performance and availability analysis of complex SAP systems. You will be working with brand new software technologies within SAP ECC and Netweaver software solutions.

Your task will be to analyze customers’ systems within the SAP Premium Support Segment (SAP MaxAttention / SAP Safeguarding) as well as technical problem areas in complex systems, identify issues and bottlenecks, and come up with solutions.

To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also creative, open minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

As part of a global team with more than 1,200 employees in SAP Active Global Support, you will be in constant exchange with SAP Development and the global SAP Support Centres to assist our customers in an optimal way to find appropriate solutions.

We perform our analyses either on site at our clients’ locations or
remotely from the Service and Support Backoffices.
