Respect for People is a core value of DuPont and it is really lived in the organization.

As I finished my university course I wanted to work for a company that cares about its employees and which would offer me the opportunity to grow and develop over the coming years. After 18 months of working at DuPont, I am happy to say it was really the right decision. At DuPont you are responsible for your “own” area/region, but you have great colleagues helping you whenever you need it. Also you get to work on various projects and with different teams so you can bring your talents and experience to the group and together you can really do some good work. This makes DuPont very dynamic and provides one of the best work environments, where everyone can contribute and is respected for their contribution.  Looking to the future I think working for a company like DuPont offers you very good career prospects. There are great programs to improve your work knowledge and skills and also of course to improve other important skills like communication and presentation. By starting out as a sales representative, as I did, you get to understand quickly how the market works. This is an excellent basis from which you can take the next step, building on your skills and growing up through the hierarchy.  Science is my passion and my field of study and I really enjoy the opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading science companies, putting my knowledge to use every day.
