I am a Food Sciences Engineer with 9 years of experience and I have been a part of Barry Callebaut in Mexico since May 2009. I have developed new products through innovation process: bench top work, pilot plants trials, consumer testing and scale up in a factory. What attracted me the most about Barry Callebaut (apart from having the opportunity to work in a global R&D department), was the challenge of working in a top worldwide company that is fully integrated. We are a global company working with team spirit and integrity.

We aim to be the number one provider of chocolate and compound solutions for the companies around the world for which continuous improvement is a must. At Barry Callebaut we never stop looking for better ways of working to get better results. We are growing as a company with new outsourcing deals with key Mexican companies (Chocolates Turin and Grupo Bimbo) as well as the global partnerships agreements with Unilever and Kraft.
